As a compassionate, person-centred counsellor, I welcome all parts of you and everything you bring to our sessions. I aim to step into your world with understanding, so together we can explore your emotions, thoughts, and true feelings. My approach is kind, empathetic, and non-judgmental, offering you a safe, confidential space where you can express yourself freely.
In recent times, Walk & Talk (or outdoor) therapy has become increasingly popular. I believe spending time in natural, outdoor environments can significantly nurture our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
I offer face-to-face counselling in a private, dedicated therapy room in Denton, Newhaven. If you have mobility challenges, are recovering from surgery, or feel unable to leave your home, I am happy to consider home visits. Additionally, I offer telephone and online counselling for flexibility and accessibility.
Regardless of your age, I won’t place you in a box. I value you, your unique experiences, and your emotions—both the positive and the challenging. Authenticity is essential for both client and counsellor, and I will always respect and support you.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
Warm wishes,
Dawn
